摘要
中外合作办学定位于中国教育事业的重要组成部分,具有公益性,其核心功能在于优质教育资源的引进,进而推动中国教育事业的改革和发展。在发展过程中,中外合作办学目前的定位为引进海外优质资源起到了重要保障作用,无论是办学主体,还是老师和学生,都受益良多。然而,其定位与现实需求依然存在一些隐性的矛盾,这又导致了中外合作办学的最大优势未能充分发挥,因此,需要重新思考与中外合作办学定位相关的问题。
Having developed into an integral part of the Chinese higher education system,Sino-foreign cooperative education programs remain to be a non-profit component, aiming to introduce from abroad high-quality educational resources to help promote the reform and development of China's education. In the process of its development, a clearly defined role of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs is key to effective introduction of high-quality overseas educational resources for the benefit of students, teachers and educational institutions. However,there appear inconsistencies between its role and function, and actual demands, which to a certain extent inhibit the relization of stated aims and objectives. Therefore, there is a need to reflect on related issues of the role and functions of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs in the higher education landscape.
