Objective:To discuss the impact of medication compliance in patients with community primary hypertension accepted with authorized education and provide reference for improvement of medication compliance and clinical curative effect.Method:From January 2014 to January 2015,88 cases of primary hypertension in our community were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into the control group and the research gorup, each group had 44 cases. The control group was given routine drug treatment and routine health education, the research group was given routine drug treatment and authorized education, the changes of blood pressure and medication compliance of two groups before and after intervention were observed and compared.Result:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of research group were respectively(140.35±9.32)mm Hg and(84.54±6.01) mm Hg,which were significantly lower than (146.78±8.98)mm Hg and (89.45±5.89)mm Hg of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The medication compliance of the research group was 72.73%,which was significantly higher than 31.82% of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Authorized education can reduce the levels of blood pressure and improve medication compliance in patients with primary hypertension, which is worth of clinical promotion and application.
