摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合应用阿司匹林对缺血性卒中患者颈部血管斑块和内膜厚度的影响。方法收集2013年6月-2016年3月在连州市人民医院门诊及住院部就诊并经彩色多普勒超声确诊颈部血管斑块的中老年缺血性脑卒中患者。将规律服用阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林的分为联合治疗组(CB组),规律服用阿斯匹林患者分为(AS组),未服用或未规律服用阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林患者分为(CR组)。对所有病例进行跟踪随访2年,分别在入组后1天、3个月、6个月、1年、2年进行颈部血管超声监测颈动脉内膜厚度,并记录2年中所有病例缺血性脑血管临床事件,对比3组患者治疗前后颈动脉内膜厚度及缺血性脑血管临床事件发生率。结果最终入组127人,其中CB组42人、AS组45人,CR组40人。CB组患者颈动脉内膜厚度在6个月、1年、2年时间点的改变明显优于AS组和CR组,CB组缺血性脑血管临床事件低于AS组和CR组,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿斯匹林治疗颈部血管斑块疗效确切,并且能减少临床缺血性脑血管事件的发生。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of cervical vessel plaque by combination drugs of aspirin and atorvastatin. Methods All the middle- aged and old inpatients and outpatients suffering from ischemic stroke were collected in Lianzhou city hospital,and with cervical vessel plague diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound. The patients taken combination drugs of aspirin and atorvastatin as combination treatment group( CB group),taken drug of aspirin as aspirin group( AS group),had not taken aspirin and atorvastatin as control group( CR group). We had continued for 2 years follow-up of all cases. The cervical vessel Intimal Thickness were supervised by color Doppler ultrasound at the 1 day,3 months,6months,1 year,and 2 years. And we record clinical ischemic cerebrovascular events( such as transient ischemic attack and cerebral infarction) of all cases in 2 years. Comparison analyzed the three groups patients with cervical vessel intima thickness before and after the treatment,and with the clinical ischemic events. Results 127 cases were enrolled,with the CB group 42 cases,AS group 45 cases,CR group 40 cases. The change of cervical vessel Intimal Thickness of CB group were better than AS group and CR group at 6 months,1 year,and 2 years. The clinical ischemic events in CB group were less than AS group and CR group. Conclusion The curative effect of cervical vessel plaque by combination drugs of aspirin and atorvastatin is accurate,and can reduce clinical ischemic cerebrovascular events.
