五子衍宗丸中脂肪酸的气相色谱-质谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的明确五子衍宗丸中脂肪酸的组成和含量。方法采用索氏提取法对五子衍宗丸中的脂肪油进行提取,甲酯化后,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对其脂肪酸的组成和含量进行分析测定。结果五子衍宗丸中共测出19种脂肪酸,其中饱和脂肪酸9种,不饱和脂肪酸10种。其绝对含量分别为十四烷酸的含量为0.050%,十五烷酸甲酯的含量为0.004%,十六烷酸的含量为0.379%,十六烯酸的含量为0.005%,十七烷酸的含量为0.034%,十七碳烯酸甲酯的含量为0.002%,十八烷酸的含量为0.066%,十八烯酸的含量为0.447%,十八碳二烯酸的含量为1.080%,γ-十八碳三烯酸的含量为0.920%,α-十八碳三烯酸的含量为0.213%,二十烷酸的含量为0.005%,二十碳烯酸的含量为0.002%,HOMO-γ-二十碳三烯酸的含量为0.001%,二十二烷酸的含量为0.008%,二十二碳烯酸的含量为0.001%,二十三烷酸的含量为0.001%,二十四烷酸的含量为0.006%,二十四碳烯酸的含量为0.001%。结论五子衍宗丸含有的多种脂肪酸成分可能是其部分药理作用的基础。 Objective The fatty acids were extracted from compound Wuziyanzong Pill and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC / MS). Methods The fatty acids of compound Wuziyanzong Pill were extracted by Soxhlet extraction,and their fatty acid compositions and content were analyzed by GC-MS. Results The results of GC-MS analysis showed that 19 acids are found in compound Wuziyanzong Pill and 10 of them were unsaturated fatty acids,and the rest were saturated fatty acids. The absolute content of tetradecanoic acid was 0. 050%,pentadecanoate acid was 0. 004%,hexadecanoic acid was 0. 379%,hexadecenoic acid was 0. 005%,margatic acid was 0. 034%,heptadecenoic was 0. 002%,octadecanoic acid was 0. 066%,oleic acid was 0. 447%,octadecadienoic acid was 1. 080 %,6,9,12-octadecatrienic acid was0. 920%,9,12,15-octadecatrienic acid was 0. 213%,eicosanoic acid was 0. 005%,eicosenoic acid was 0. 002%,8,11,14-eicosatrienoic acid was 0. 001%,docosanoic acid was 0. 008%,docosenoic acid was 0. 001%,tricosanoic acid was0. 001 % lignoceric acid was 0. 006%,nervonic acid was 0. 001%,respectively. Conclusion The compound Wuziyanzong Pill contains kinds of fatty acids. These fatty acids maybe partial material bases of pharmacology of compound Wu-Zi-YanZong.
