摘要
利用FLUENT对2种阀内件进行流场数值模拟,分析典型工况下阀内压力、速度分布,对比改造前后电泵能耗情况。通过模拟发现环形流道阀罩比HUSH形阀罩内压力径向分布均匀,抗汽蚀能力更强,结合实际运行数据体现出该结构阀体严密性较HUSH形阀罩好,更不容易泄漏。
The two different trim was simulated by using the FLUENT software.The distribution of the pressure and velocity in some typical operating conditions was analyzed,the pump energy consumption was comparaed with different trim.It shows that cir-cular passage trim is more-distributed than HUSH valve in distribution of the pressure and velocity,and anticavitation ability is stronger.Combined with the actual operation data also reflects that the structure of the new valve body tightness better than the HUSH-shaped bonnet.
