摘要
己酸发酵的水平与菌种的产酸能力、培养条件有较大关系,本文从筛选的菌种js-22-07进行发酵条件的研究,获得最大己酸产量为20.3g/L。通过单因素和正交试验,确定了js-22-07菌株最优发酵培养基和发酵工艺参数。优化发酵培养基:乙醇2.5%,乙酸钠5g/L、酵母膏2g/L。发酵工艺最佳参数为:接种量13%、pH 7.0,发酵温度35℃,发酵时间9-10d。
Fermentation production of caproic acid have a greater relationship with culture condition and acid pro- duction of caproic acid bacteria. This paper research on fermentation conditions of js-22-07 strain screened from mud in pit, to obtain maximum acid production was 20.3g/L. By single factor and orthogonal test to determined the optimal js-22-07 strain fermentation medium and fermentation process parameters. Optimization fermentation medium: 2.5% ethanol, sodium acetate 5g/L, yeast extract 2g/L. Optimum fermentation parameters were: inoculation 13%, pH 7.0, fermentation temperature 35℃, fermentation time 9-10 days.
