摘要
以某油漆生产厂房的通风设计工程为例,针对油漆生产中排出大量有害气体和粉尘的现象,设置了专用外部吸气罩进行局部排风。采用吸附+脱附-催化燃烧技术和逆流洗涤方式对排出的废气进行了净化处理。送排风热回收处理的设计达到了节能的效果。
Takes the ventilation design of a paint production workshop as an example, focuses on the phenomenon of a large number of harmful gases and dust during paint production, and installs special external suction hoods in the local exhaust system. Adopts the adsorption, desorption and catalytic combustion technology and counter current washing method to purify the exhaust gas. The supply and exhaust air heat recovery design has energy saving effect.
