摘要 针对添加Nb、Ti的E级别钢板在生产过程中冲击值不稳定、一次合格率较低的问题,采用高倍金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段对南阳汉冶特钢生产过程中添加的Nb、Ti元素的作用进行了分析。结果表明,Nb、Ti元素的加入对钢板的质量有很大影响,并且Nb、Ti含量的变化及生产工艺的波动对钢板质量的影响也不尽相同,冲击值受多种因素影响,得出了汉冶特钢生产过程中钢板的冲击性能不合格的主要原因。 The impact values of E-grade steel plates with addition of Nb and Ti were instable in production process. The one-time percent of pass was low. Aiming at these problems, the function of added Nb and Ti elements in production process of steel plate in Nanyang Hanye Special Steel was analyzed by high-magnification metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that the addition of Nb and Ti had great influence on the quality of steel plate. Moreover, the variation of Nb and Ti content as well as the fluctuation production process showed different influence on the quality of steel plate. The impact value was affected by several factors. The main cause of the substandard impact property of steel plate produced in Hanye Special Steel was obtained.
