摘要
由于切削用量来源不同、数据库构建平台差异,切削数据存在重复和分散的缺点。切削用量使用过程中,各个使用角色之间发生复杂转换,对数据的实时反馈有迫切需求,对此提出了一种面向服务的多角色切削用量数据库系统。通过阐述多角色切削用量管理和面向服务的WCF框架,提供了数据库系统构建的可能性。采用三层应用系统构建方法,对该系统进行总体设计及数据结构设计,建立了B/S模式下的网络化构建。介绍了本系统中多角色切削用量查询及WCF数据服务的构建过程,实现了多种切削参数数据来源能够具有集中整合而又分散管理的功能,提高了切削参数数据使用和管理的效率,促进了制造加工技术的自动化。
Because of the difference of the sources of cutting data and the construction of the database, the cutting da- ta has the shortcoming of duplication and dispersion. During the cutting process, each role has a complex transformation when they use the cutting parameter. So there is an urgent need for real - time feedback of the data. Then a service oriented multiple role cutting database system is proposed. The possibility of building a database system is provided by the elabora- tion of the service oriented WCF framework and the management of the amount of using roles. The B/S mode network con- struction is established by the overall design of this system and the data structure design in the system construction method of three layer application. The queries of the cutting parameter are introduced in the multi role service oriented system. The construction process of WCF data services is introduced. A variety of cutting parameters data sources can have a centralized and decentralized management functions. The efficiencies of the use and management of cutting parameter data are improved to promote the automation of manufacture technology.
