摘要
提升大学生心理素质的根本是对其人格的优化。贫困大学生是高校中的一个特殊群体,经济的窘困衍生出诸多的心理困扰,故他们的人格发展较之非贫困生呈现出更多的特殊性和复杂性,这个问题越来越成为高校心理健康教育关注的焦点。本文从心理学层面对贫困大学生的人格发展现状进行了调查研究,对他们的人格发展特点进行了剖析梳理,并在此基础上对其人格培养路径进行了相应的对策性探索。
The essence of improving college students’ psychological quality is to optimize their personality. Poor students,a special group in colleges,whose living condition brings much psychological confusion,therefore,there are many particularities and complexities in their personality development compared to non-impoverished students,which increasingly becomes the focus of psychological health education in colleges. This paper investigates the situation of poor students’ personality development from the perspective of psychology,analyzes the features their personality development,and on this basis,it explores measures on the paths of training their personality.
