摘要
当前，素质教育是我国教育工作的头等大事，素质教育的主体是教师，教师必须具备良好的政治素质，思想素质和较高的职业能力，才能完成时代赋予的伟大任务。
At present,quality education plays an important role in our country's education work.The principal part of quality education lies in teachers.Teachers must be armed with good political quality,thought quality and higher professional capability.
