2型糖尿病患者107例25羟维生素D3水平检测及相关因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:检测2型糖尿病患者25羟维生素D3[25(OH)D3]水平营养状况,探讨25(OH)D3水平与2型糖尿病患者性别、年龄、季节、病程的关系。方法:选择2型糖尿病患者107例,比较不同性别、年龄、季节及病程组25(OH)D3营养状态差异。结果:107例患者血清25(OH)D3水平8.24±6.80ng/ml,男性患者25(OH)D3水平为9.93±8.4mmol/L,女性患者25(OH)D3水平为6.91±5.13mmol/L,女性25(OH)D3水平明显低于男性(P<0.01);不同年龄25(OH)D3水平随年龄增长呈逐渐降低趋势,但无统计学差异;冬季组受试者25(OH)D3水平显著低于春夏季组(P<0.01);不同病程组25(OH)D3水平差异无统计学意义。结论:2型糖尿病患者25(OH)D3缺乏现象普遍存在,尤其是女性患者,应重视糖尿病患者25(OH)D3的补充,特别在冬季需要加强25(OH)D3的监测和补充。
