基于平均值模型的高压共轨柴油机空气系统的研究

摘要 带有废气再循环(EGR)和可变截面涡轮增压器(VGT)的高压共轨柴油机的控制系统是一个非线性、多变量的控制系统。基于平均值模型,通过控制增压压力和进入气缸中的新鲜空气量,建立了控制器结构,并验证了该控制器结构的瞬态控制效果,得到很好的瞬态响应性。 With a nonlinear multivariable control concept for the coordinated control of the exhaust gas recirculation(EGR) valve and the variable geometry turbocharger(VGT) in a common-rail diesel engine, an adaptive controller structure based on mean-value engine model is set up to regulate the total cylinder air charge with a desired amount of fresh air-charge by means of controlling the intake manifold pressure and estimating the fresh air-charge inducted into the cylinders. The benefits of the coordinated controller structure are then demonstrated with transient control, and a good response of acceleration is achieved.
