摘要
石墨/铝复合材料一般需要在高温下制备,石墨颗粒或纤维与铝基体均会发生不同程度的润湿作用和界面反应,形成不同结构的界面。两相之间的润湿性和界面反应对复合材料最终的性能起重要的作用,深入研究润湿机理及有效控制界面反应是获得高性能石墨/铝复合材料的关键。本文对石墨/铝复合材料的发展概况、制备工艺,制备过程中出现的界面问题、气孔缺陷等进行了分析与讨论,探讨了解决对策,展望了这种新型复合材料的应用前景。
Graphite/A1 composites are generally required to be prepared at high temperatures, and graphite particles or fibers and aluminum matrix will have different degrees of wetting and interracial reaction, which forms the interface of different struc- tures. Wettability and interfacial reaction between the two phases play an important role on the final performance of composites. The key to obtain high performance graphite/aluminum composite materials is to study the wetting mechanism in depth and the effective control of interface reaction. This paper analyzed and discussed the development situation and preparation process of graphite/aluminum composite. In the process of preparation, the interface problem and the defects of pores were analyzed, and the countermeasures were discussed. The application prospect of this new type of composite material was prospected.
