摘要
电池箱体是系统电池能源的载体,其结构优劣性直接影响电池的安全性能,同时对电池箱进行结构优化,可以使整车系统的重量降低,提高能量密度。本文提出一种模具冲压结构箱体,并采用Creo Parametric进行三维建模,同时利用有限元对该结构进行疲劳和振动的模拟分析。通过分析预测新型结构电池箱体的疲劳强度和寿命,从而为电池箱的安全设计提供重要依据。
The battery case is the carrier of the system battery energy, its structure has a direct impact on the safety performance of the battery, and the structure optimization of the battery case can reduce the weight of the whole vehicle system and increase the energy density. In this paper, a Creo Parametric is used to model the structure of the die, and the finite element method is used to simulate the fatigue and vibration of the structure. By analyzing and predicting the fatigue strength and life of the new type of battery case, it provides an important basis for the safety design of the battery case.
