特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿白介素与细胞免疫的变化研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察及研究特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿白介素与细胞免疫的变化。方法选取2012年4月-2015年10月该院收治的73例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿为观察组,并选取73例体检健康的同龄儿童为对照组,比较两组及观察组中不同严重程度患儿的血清白介素及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果观察组的血清白介素-3(IL-3)低于对照组,而血清IL-4、IL-18及IL-21水平高于对照组,观察组的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及B淋巴细胞亚群水平低于对照组。观察组不同严重程度患儿的血清白介素、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞亚群水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿的白介素与细胞免疫指标呈明显异常状态,且疾病严重程度对血清白介素、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞亚群水平影响较大,具有较高的检测价值。 Objective To study the change of interleukins and cellular immunity of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods In this study, 73 children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in our hospital from April 2012 to October 2015 were selected as the observation group, 73 healthy children with the same age were selected as the control group. Then the serum interleukins, peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and B lymphocyte subsets were detected and compared between the control group and the observation group, the observation subgroups with different disease serverity. Results The serum IL-3 of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, while the serum IL-4, IL-18 and IL-21 were higher than those of the control group. The levels of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and B lymphocyte subsets of the observation group were all obviously lower than those of the control group. The serum interleukins,peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and B lymphocyte subsets of the observation subgroups with different disease serverity had significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusions The interleukins and cellular immunity of children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura are in obviously abnormal state, and the influences of disease severity on the levels of those parameters are great too, so the parameters have high detection value for the disease.
