摘要
顶岗实习支教已成为众多高等师范院校实践课程不可分割的组成部分。对6名学前教育专业实习支教生的深度访谈结果表明:影响实习支教生生存状态的因素是错综复杂的,但专业生活状态的体验与专业性向有着不可分割的关系,虽然实践中的混乱、指导教师的放手、身心疲累、边缘地位、少有成就感、害怕做农村幼儿教师是其生存体验的共同点,但内心"喜欢孩子"的实习支教生更能承受实习支教生活的各种境遇,收获相对也更多。改善实习支教生生存状态的措施涉及方方面面,对高校而言,尤其要对参与者实行"自愿"与"选优"原则,保证其专业性向适合做幼儿教师。
Internship of preschool student teachers has become an important part of the practcal curriculum of normal university. The results of some deep interviews with six student teachers working as aiding teachers have brought the conclusions that the influencing factors of those aiding teachers' professional living status are various and complex, but the experiences of professional living status are closely related to their professional aptitude. The students teachers often have common worries and uneasiness, such as the disorder in the teaching, the too much trusts from their tutors, physical and mental fatigue, the peripheral social status, too little accomplishment and having the fear to be a rural teacher.Nevertheless, those students who really like kids often endure more hardship and dissatisfaction, and can reach more attainments. In order to improve these trainee teachers' living status, it is necessary to abide by the principle of being voluntary and competitive selection for candidate trainees in normal university, so as to guaranteeing their professional aptitude for being future teachers in kindergartens.
