摘要
本文用自制的环氧基不锈钢搅拌萃取棒结合超声脱附-液相色谱(LC)建立了测定水中萘的新方法。通过对萃取时间、搅拌速度、解吸时间等条件的优化,最终确定该法测定萘含量的最优条件为搅拌萃取速度250r/min,搅拌萃取时间40min,超声解吸10min,加盐量0.01g/5m L。该法对萘的加标回收率为77%-102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.9%-10%,并确定该法的检出限为0.005mg/L,线性范围为0.005mg/L-5 mg/L。该法简单、快速、灵敏,可以满足痕量分析的需求。
In this paper, a new method of liquid chromatography was developed to determination of naphthalene in the water by combining stirring bar sorptive extraction (SBSE) and ultrasonic desorption. By the optimization of such experimental condition as extraction time, agitation speed, desorption time, obtain that the best conditions are agitation extraction rate 250r/min, stirring extraction time 40min, ultrasonic desorption 10min and the amount of salt 0.01g/SmL. The recovery rate of naphthalene was between 77% and 102%. Relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.9% - 10%. And the detection limit of this method is 0. 005mg/L, the linear range is 0. 005mg/L -5 mg/L. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and can meet the needs of trace analysis.
