摘要
本文围绕提升医院后勤服务内涵和品牌,延伸服务广度和深度,提高后勤精细化的管理水平为主线,通过对医院当前后勤管理工作模式和存在的主要问题进行分析,结合首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院一站式服务中心的建设和实际情况,提出了通过运用信息化的工具和方法,有效整合医院维修、膳食、保洁等后勤服务项目资源,优化服务流程,创建一站式的后勤服务中心,构建一体化的后勤服务保障体系。
This paper raised the effective integration of hospital logistics services such as maintenance, meals, cleaning project resources, optimize service process, to create one-stop logistics service center, building integrated logistics ser- vice system, by the application of information technology tools and methods, combined with one-stop service center construction and the actual situation of Beijing YouAn Hospital, Capital Medical University, through the analysis of the current hospital logistics management mode and the main problems, to enhance the connotation of hospital logistics ser- vices and brands, extension service breadth and depth, to raise the level of logistics of fine management as the main line.
