摘要
本文详细介绍了硫同位素的MC-ICP-MS测定方法,包括样品和标样的准备以及仪器质量歧视的校正。并对测试过程中的谱学干扰、基体效应、浓度效应等进行了评估。在对基体效应的探究中,详细阐述了基体对硫同位素比值和硫信号值的影响。在对浓度效应的探究中,介绍了硫的浓度效应校正曲线,使得硫同位素的MC-ICP-MS测试过程更为简便快捷。
The techniques for the sulfur isotope measurement by using MC-ICP-MS have been reported in this paper. The reference and sample preparation methods as well as the instrumental mass bias correction procedures have been introduced. In addition,the spectral interferences,matrix effects and concentration effects on the analytical results of the sulfur isotope measurement have been evaluated. Especially,the effects of matrices on both isotopic ratios and signal intensities have been explored and the sulfur concentration effect correction curve has been introduced in order to measure sulfur isotopes more rapidly by using MC-ICP-MS.
