摘要
国外多校区大学兴起较早,有相对较长的多校区办学和管理经验,形成了三种主要管理模式:联邦分权型管理模式、功能定位型管理模式和模块型管理模式,不同的管理模式体现着不同的价值观和标准。借鉴国外经验,我国需坚持因地制宜、因校而异的原则确定多校区大学管理模式,注重学科融合,扩大分校区的办学自主权,把握集权与分权的动态平衡。
The development of foreign multi-campus universities has a long history,and therefore there is relatively long operational and management experience. Multi-campus universities have three major management modes：federal decentralized management mode,centralized management mode and module management mode. Different management models embody different values and standards. Learning from foreign experience,we should follow the due conditions with flexibility to select management mode of multi-campus universities,focus on academic integration,expand the scope of branch campus autonomy,and grasp the dynamic balance between centralization and decentralization.
