摘要
以南瑞集团自行研制的MB40 PLC为核心,针对水轮机调速器的控制要求,配合自产的频率测量模件、电流电压混合型模拟量输入模件以及模拟量输出模件等部件,组成一套完整的调速器电气控制装置,通过PID算法实现对水轮发电机组转速的闭环控制。实验验证证明,该产品各项性能指标均能够满足水轮机调速器的国标要求,调节品质优良,该产品成功研发对拓宽MB40PLC应用领域和加速水轮机调速系统控制设备国产化具有重要意义。
Concerning the control requirements,this paper developed an integrated electrical control equipment for turbine governor,which consists of self-produced frequency measurement module,current/voltage mixed type analog input module and analog output module based on NARI MB40 PLC. Then the PID control algorithm was applied to the closed loop control for rotate speed of hydro-generator. The experimental analysis verified that al the performance indexes satisfied the Chinese standard. The result makes sense for broadening the application fields of MB40 PLC and accelerating the localization process of turbine governor control appliance.
