摘要
目的通过正交试验确定超声波辅助提取关黄柏中巴马汀的最佳提取工艺。方法用超声波辅助回流为主要提取方法,紫外分光光度法为主要测定方法,用测定结果吸光度值比较分析。结果影响关黄柏中巴马汀超声波辅助提取效果的主次因素为:提取温度>料液比>提取时间>提取功率,关黄柏中巴马汀最佳提取工艺为料液比1/15,超声提取35 min,温度40℃,超声功率90 W。结论通过正交试验可以优选出巴马汀的最佳提取工艺,为更好的提取关黄柏中的巴马汀提供理论参考。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of palmatine from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex through ultrasonic-assisted extraction by orthogonal.Methods The ultrasonic wave flow was selected as the main methods of extraction,while ultraviolet spectrophotometric method as the main method for the determination of the absorbance val-ue which were comparative analysed.Results The primary and secondary factors of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of palmatine from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex as follows:extracting temperature〉ratio of material to liquid〉extraction time〉extraction power.The optimum extracting conditions was the ratio of solid to liquid 1/15,extraction time 35 min,temperature 40 ℃,ultrasonic power 90 W.Conclusion It could be optimized the extraction palmatine by or-thogonal test,which provide theoretical references for better extraction of palmatine from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex.
