摘要
目的:检测环境内分泌干扰物壬基酚(NP)在2型糖尿病和血糖正常人群中的负荷,分析其与血糖血脂关系。方法:按2013年WHO专家委员会糖尿病诊断标准纳入2014年3-11月在本市内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者144例,设为糖尿病组;同期在本市体检中心健康体检血糖正常117例设为健康组。分别检测2组血糖、ER、NP含量和血脂水平,分析比较2组指标差异。结果:糖尿病组血糖、NP、ER表达均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。NP含量与血糖、ER、TG呈正相关(r=0.357,P<0.001;r=0.424,P<0.001;r=0.206,P<0.001),与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.503,P<0.001)。结论 :当前人们已较普遍受到NP污染,糖尿病患者体内NP负荷较健康人群高,NP进入机体可能是直接损伤了胰腺功能,抑制了胰腺的调节作用,也可能是增加ER的表达,进而影响机体整个内分泌调节。
Objective To detect the load of serum Nonylphenol (NP) in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and reveal the correlations of serum NP with blood glucose and lipids. Methods According to the WHO expert committee on diabetes diagnostic criteria in 2013, 144 T2DM patients at endocrinology department in our city were enrolled from March to October 2014. Meanwhile, 117 healthy examinees were enrolled as the healthy control group, The blood glucose, the levels of NP, and ER were compared. Results Diabetes mellitus group was that of normal group in The blood glucose, the levels of NP and ER of the T2DM patients were significantly higher than those of the healthy control cases (P 〈 0.001). Positive relationships between the level of serum NP and blood glucose, ER and triglycerides were revealed (r = 0.357, P 〈 0.001; r = 0.424, P 〈 0.001; r = 0.206, P 〈 0.001), but serum NP was negatively correlated with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (r = -0.503, P 〈 0.001). Conclusions The healthy control cases and the T2DM patients have been contaminated by NP, and the T2DM patients have high load of serum NP. NP may directly damage the pancreas, and restrain the regulating function, and it may affect the endocrine regulation by increasing the expression of estrogen receptor to exert a quasi estrogen effect.
