摘要
建立了同时检测塑料饭盒中5种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的Qu ECh ERS-HPLC分析方法 .Qu ECh ERS前处理方法以乙腈—甲基叔丁基醚(7:3,V/V)为提取溶剂,PSA和Mg SO4为净化材料;分析液经C18色谱柱反相分离,乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱.在优化的实验条件下,5种目标分析物均有良好的线性相关性,线性相关系数均大于0.999 7;回收率为74.0%~120%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~8.4%;方法的检出限均小于0.078 mg/L.
QuEChERS-HPLC was applied for simultaneous determination of 5 phthalates in transparent plastic food lunch box. The process was as follows: acetonitrile-Methyl tert-Butyl Ether(7:3,V/V) was used as extracting solvent and PSA(Primary secondary amine, N-propyl Ethylenediamine) and MgSO4 was used as purifying agents for the pretreatment of extracted sample,and the extracts were separated on C 18 cartridge column with mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-water by gradient elution. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration curves of 5 phthalates were in linear with the correlation coefficients above 0.999 7;the average recoveries were between 74.0% and 120%, and the relative standard derivations were between 1.6% and 8.4%, and the limit of detection (LOD) were below of 0.078 mg/L.
