摘要
为探明瘤胃微生物(红平红球菌(Rhodococcus erythropolis),热带假丝酵母菌(Candida tropicalis))混菌发酵棉粕替代豆粕对肉鸭生产性能的影响,选用混菌发酵的棉粕分别按照0%(对照组)、6%(B组)、9%(C组)、12%(D组)的日粮比例替代豆粕饲喂奥白星肉鸭,同时设定用6%普通棉粕替代豆粕组(A组),探索肉鸭对发酵棉粕的营养物质利用率以及发酵棉粕对肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能的影响。结果显示,饲喂发酵棉粕可以显著提高肉鸭对营养物质利用率(P<0.05);9%发酵棉粕替代豆粕组料肉比降低最多;饲喂发酵棉粕对肉鸭屠宰性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。综合分析,9%发酵棉粕替代豆粕饲喂肉鸭能显著提高肉鸭的生产性能(P<0.05)。
In order to study the impact of cottonseed meal fermented by rumen microorganisms (Rhodococ- cus erythropolis, Candida tropicalis) on the production performance of meat ducks, using fermented cotton- seed meal instead of soybean meal according to the dietary proportion of 0% (control group) ,6% (group B) ,9% (group C)and 12% (group D)to feed the Aobaixing ducks and setting group A with 6% common cottonseed meal to replace soybean meal, the nutrients utilization of fermented cottonseed meal by meat ducks and the impact of fermented cottonseed meal on growth performance and slaughter performance of meat ducks were investigated. The results showed that feeding meat ducks with fermented cottonseed meal could significantly improve the nutrients utilization ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the ratio of feed to meat in the group of 9% fermented cottonseed meal instead of soybean meal had the largest decline, while feeding meat ducks with fermented cottonseed meal had no significant effect on slaughter performance (P 〉 0.05). Therefore ,feeding with 9% fermented cottonseed meal instead of soybean meal could significantly improve production performance of meat ducks (P 〈 0.05 ).
