肺癌组织中HMGN5基因的表达水平及与其临床病理特征的相关性分析 被引量:2

Expression of HMGN5 Gene in Pulmonary Carcinoma Tissues and Its Correlation with Clinical Pathological Features

摘要 目的探讨高迁移率族核小体结合域5(HMGN5)基因在肺癌组织中的表达水平及与其临床病理特征的相关性分析。方法选择手术切除的肺癌组织标本共75例,同期取20例肺癌患者癌旁正常组织作为对照组;应用RTPCR法检测HMGN5基因在肺癌组织中的表达;分析HMGN5基因的表达水平与肺癌组织临床病理特征的关系。结果肺癌组HMGN5基因转录mRNA水平明显高于癌旁组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);肺癌组织中HMGN5基因mRNA水平与患者年龄、性别、病理类型无相关性(P>0.05),而与病理分级、淋巴结转移以及临床分期有明显相关性(P<0.01)。结论肺癌组织中HMGN5基因mRNA呈高水平表达,并与病理分级、淋巴结转移以及临床分期呈显著有关;提示HMGN5基因的表达水平可能与肺癌的发生、发展密切相关。 Objective To discuss the expression of high-mobility group nucleosome binding domain 5( HMGN5) gene in pulmonary carcinoma tissues and its correlation with clinical pathological features. Methods 75 pulmonary carcinoma tissues treated with surgical removal were selected. 20 normal tissues adjacent to tumor were selected as the control group. Expressions of HMGN5 gene in pulmonary carcinoma were detected by RT-PCR method. The relationship between expression of HMGN5 gene and clinical pathological features in pulmonary carcinoma tissues was analyzed. Results The mRNA transcription level of HMGN5 gene in pulmonary carcinoma tissues was evidently higher than adjacent normal tissues,there had significant difference( P〈0. 01). HMGN5 gene mRNA level of was significantly related with pathological grades,lymphatic metastasis and clinical stages( P〈0. 01),but not related with ages,gender or pathological patterns( P〉0. 05). Conclusion mRNA level of HMGN5 gene has high expression in pulmonary carcinoma tissues,and it is significantly related with pathological grades,lymphatic metastasis and clinical stages,which hints that the expression of HMGN5 gene may be closely related to the occurrence and development of pulmonary carcinoma.
