摘要
知识守门者对于保持集群知识系统的动态开放性和集群知识更新至关重要。在对知识守门者内涵深入剖析的基础上,认为知识守门者向集群企业进行知识转移过程中,受到了知识转移主体、客体和转移情境三方面因素的影响。根据流体力学中的线性渗流定律,构建了知识守门者与集群企业间知识转移的流体力学模型,该模型较好地解释了知识势差、知识粘性、知识转移渠道、知识共享氛围和组织距离等因素对集群知识转移的影响。
Knowledge gatekeeper is important for maintaining the dynamic openness of cluster knowledge system as well as the cluster knowledge update.Based on in-depth analysis of the connotation of knowledge gatekeeper,this paper considers that the factors of subject,object and context of knowledge transfer have impact on the process of knowledge transfer from knowledge gatekeeper to cluster enterprises.According to the linear percolation law of fluid mechanics,the paper constructs fluid mechanics model of knowledge transfer from knowledge gatekeeper to cluster enterprises.The model well explains the influence of knowledge gap,knowledge stickiness,knowledge transfer channel,knowledge sharing atmosphere and organization distance to the cluster knowledge transfer.
