甲状腺微小癌Galectin-3、CK19、CD56及TPO蛋白表达分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨半乳糖凝集素3(Galectin-3)、细胞角蛋白19(Cytokeratin 19,CK19)、分化抗原簇56(cluster of differentiation 56,CD56)及甲状腺过氧化物酶(thyroid peroxidase,TPO)蛋白在甲状腺微小癌(thyroid microcarcinoma,TMC)中的表达特征。方法对手术切除的32例TMC病理形态学特征及Galectin-3、CK19、CD56及TPO蛋白免疫组化检测结果进行回顾性分析。结果 32例TMC中,甲状腺乳头状微小癌26例,滤泡型微小癌6例;Galectin-3、CK19、CD56及TPO蛋白表达阳性率分别为100%、100%、9.38%和6.25%。结论采用免疫组化技术同时检测Galectin-3、CK19、CD56及TPO蛋白表达,可提高TMC检出率,有效避免漏诊。
