摘要
高质量的师资队伍是实现创新创业教育的根本保障,是创新创业教育课程体系的构建者、是创新创业教育活动的实践者、是大学生创新创业活动的指导者、是创新创业教育的理论研究者,而创新创业教育又是衡量教师综合素质的新标准,然而面对我国创新驱动发展战略进程的实施,我国创新创业教育师资队伍建设尚存在许多不足,亟待解决。我国的创新创业教育必须要树立科学的教育理念,营造良好的环境机制;完善师资队伍总体规划,组建专兼职共存的多元化师资队伍;建构合理完善的创新创业保障制度,提高教育教学质量才能实现其培养创新创业型人才的宗旨。
High quality teaching staff is the fundamental guarantee for the realization of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system,the practitioner of innovation and entrepreneurship education activities,the guidance of college students innovation and entrepreneurship activities and the theoretical research of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Therefore, innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new standard to measure the comprehensive quality of teachers. However,in the face of the implementation of China＇s innovation driven development strategy,there are still many problems to be solved in the construction of teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China. The innovation and entrepreneurship education in China must establish a scientific concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and create a good environment for innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism; improve the overall planning of the teachers and the formation of a pluralistic coexistence of part-time teachers; construct a reasonable and full-fledged system of innovation and entrepreneurship and improve the quality of education and teaching in order to achieve the purpose of cultivating innovative entrepreneurial talent.
