摘要
目的 探讨护士分层级管理模式的应用对提高护理质量的影响。方法 选取2010年3月-2015年12月在本院从事临床护理工作的92名护理人员作为研究对象,对其实施分层级管理模式,比较实施前后的护理工作质量、知识掌握情况评分及患者护理满意度、护理人员自身满意度。结果 实施后的整体护理、病室管理、基础护理、文书管理等各项护理工作质量评分显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实施后的病情掌握程度、护理专业操作技术知识掌握评分显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实施后患者对病区舒适、护理水平、护理主动性、疾病介绍、饮食和用药指导的满意度显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实施后护理人员的自身满意度显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 护士分层级管理模式能够提高护理工作质量和护理满意度,有助于整体医疗服务水平的提高。
Objective To explore the influence of hierarchical nursing management mode on improving the nursing quality.Methods 92 nurses in clinical care in our hospital from March 2010 to December 2015 were selected as the research group,hierarchical nursing management mode was given.The nursing work quality,the score of acquisition of knowledge,nursing satisfaction,and self-satisfaction by nursing staff before and after implementation was compared.Results The score of nursing work quality such as holistic nursing,ward management,basic nursing,document management after implementation was higher than that before implementation,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The score of the degree of disease mastery,nursing professional operation technical knowledge mastery after implementation was higher than that before implementation,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The degree of patient satisfaction with ward comfort,level of care,initiative nursing,disease introduction,diet and medication guidance after implementation was higher than that before implementation,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The degree of self-satisfaction by nursing staff after implementation was higher than that before implementation,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hierarchical nursing management mode can improve the nursing quality as well as nursing satisfaction,which is beneficial to improvement of overall level of medical services.
