摘要
提供了一种对智能变电站二次装置软压板实际投退状态的正确性校验及投退状态不正确时的问题定位方法。通过解析SCD模型文件获取整个智能变电站的软压板基本信息,在软压板信息列表的基础上根据实际需求选择每个软压板分别进行预期投退状态模板配置,分析相关报文或者使用对应服务来获取二次装置的软压板实际投退状态,将获取的软压板实际投退状态和选择的校验模板中配置的预期投退状态进行比对,若投退状态不一致,则说明实际二次装置的软压板投退状态有可能存在错误,需要进行问题排查。
This paper introduces an approach to examine the correctness of the actual settings of the soft jumps for intelligent electronic devices(IEDs) used in a smart substation. It also provides a trouble shooting method for the incorrectly set jumpers. This approach obtains the basic information of the soft jumpers for the entire smart substation by parsing the substation configuration description(SCD) file. Based on such basic infor- mation and actual scenarios, it configures the state's templates for each soft jumper. By analyzing the packets or using the rela-ted services, we may obtain the actual states of the soft jumpers. By comparing the actual states with those contained in the templates for the jumpers, we can conclude that if there is any mismatch, it indicates errors of the actual states for the soft jumpers, and further actions will be needed for trouble shooting.
