摘要
氯碱生产在我国化学工业生产中占据重要地位,为我国经济建设供给重要原料。其生产企业有一定特殊性,因在生产过程中,许多物质有剧毒,若处理不当就会严重威胁工作人员身体健康,且造成严重环境污染。氯碱企业的生产过程中,需要消耗大量能源,而且产生废气、废水、废渣等物质。为响应节能减排号召,生产企业需要实现节能减排,最终降低生产成本,提高企业生产效率。
chlor-alkali production occupies an important position in China＇s chemical industrial production,the supply of important raw material for China＇s economic construction.Its production enterprises have a certain particularity,because in the production process,many substances have toxic properties,if not handled properly will be a serious threat to the health of workers and causing serious environmental pollution.Chlor-alkali enterprises in the production process,consumes a lot of energy,and generation of waste gas,waste water,waste and other substances,in response to the call of our national energy conservation policy,which the company needs to achieve energy conservation,and ultimately reduce production costs,improve production effi ciency.
