摘要
目的建立用HPLC测定维生素C注射液含量的方法。方法采用Thermo Scientific HYPERSIL ODS C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:A相:0.1%磷酸-水,B相:甲醇;流速1m L·min^(-1);检测波长245nm;柱温25℃。结果线性回归方程为A=3879545X+9213,R^2=0.9999,线性范围0.0618~0.5562μg,平均回收率为99.38%(RSD 0.47%)。结论该方法操作简单,快速准确且重复性好,可用于维生素C注射液的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of vitamin C injection by HPLC. METHODS Scientific HYPERSIL ODS C_(18)Thermo( 4. 6mm × 250 mm,5μm) chromatography column was used,mobile phase: A phase was 0. 1% phosphoric acid water,B phase was methanol; flow rate was 1m L·min^-1;detection wavelength was 245nm; column temperature was 25℃. RESULTS The linear regression equation was A= 3879545 X + 9213,R^2= 0. 9999,the linear range was 0. 0618 ~ 0. 5562μg,the average recovery was 99. 38%( RSD was 0. 47%). CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of vitamin C injection.
