摘要
目的探讨Teach-back法对提高肠造口患者自我护理能力、减少造口并发症等方面的作用。方法将226例肠造口患者按照医院的不同分为对照组(n=109)和实验组(n=117),对照组采用传统的评估-教育-评价阶段式健康教育方式,实验组在传统健康教育方法的基础上,采用Teach-back法对患者进行健康知识教育及护理技能培训。结果实验组患者及家属造口护理操作达标率及对肠造口护理相关知识掌握程度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实验组患者发生造口并发症的概率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Teach-back法可有效提高肠造口患者对护理干预的依从性,提高患者的自护能力,减少造口并发症的发生率,改善患者的生存质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Teach‐back technology in improving colostomy patients′self‐care ability and decreasing peristomial complications .Methods 226 colostomy patients were divided into the control group (n=109) and the experiment group (n= 117) in terms of the hospitals in which they were treated .The traditional three‐stage method including assessing ,educating and evaluating was applied in the control group ,while the Teach‐back technology was applied in the experiment group to offer the health knowledge and the nursing skill training on the basis of the traditional method .Results The patients and their families in the experiment group were rated significantly higher in the colostomy nursing knowledge and practice than those in the control group (P〈0.001) ,and the incidence of peristomial complications in the experiment group is significantly lower than in the control group (P〈 0.05) .Conclusion The Teach‐back technology is effective in improving colostomy patients′compliance with nursing interventions and their self‐care ability ,reducing the incidence of peristomial complications , and enhancing their life quality .
