摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic Peripheral Neurophathy,DPN)是常见的糖尿病慢性并发症之一,该病起病隐匿,病程较长,其发病机理目前尚未完全阐明,目前西医多采用镇静止痛或神经营养药物治疗,但此类治疗并未取得较好效果。李红教授认为本病病机大多为气虚血瘀,其治疗也应以补气活血通络为主,故多以补阳还五汤为底方加减,临床上均取得了不错的治疗效果。
Diabetic Peripheral Neurophathy is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes. The disease is insidious, and has longer duration. Its pathogenesis is not yet fully elucidated. Now Western medicine always uses calm analgesic drug and neurotrophie drugs, but these treatments have not achieved good results. Professor Li Hong said theta the disease＇s pathogenesis is mostly qi deficiency blood stasis, so its treatment should also be benefiting qi and promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals. Professor Li Hong often uses modified Buyang Huanwu decoction, and the curative effect is remarkable.
