摘要
丽水市是全国生态文明建设试点地区和生态文明先行示范区之一,素有中国"生态第一市"的美誉。然而丽水市的生态文明建设也存在环境容纳力小、经济基础薄弱等劣势。为此,利用SWOT方法对丽水市生态文明建设面临的机遇与挑战展开分析,认为丽水市还需要通过进一步优化生态空间、优化产业结构、提高资源综合利用能力、完善环保机制、拓宽投融资渠道、强化生态文明意识等措施来提升生态文明建设水平。
Lishui city is one of the pilot areas for the construction of ecological civilization and one of the first demonstration areas of ecological civilization of China.It is known as a city with top ecological quality in China.However,the city also has some disadvantages like its small environmental capacity,its weak economic strength and so on.Based on a SWOT analysis on the the opportunities and challenges the city＇s ecological civilization is faced,the author contends that the city should upgrade the level of its ecological civilization construction by optimizing its ecological space and industrial structure,improving its comprehensive capacity of using resources and energy,broadening its finance and investment channels and raising people＇s awareness of ecological civilization.
