摘要
目的对比研究制水银与合成硫化汞的毒代动力学。方法运用原子荧光分光光度法,测定两药物的血药浓度,计算毒代动力学相关参数。结果两药物的Ke、Cmax均很接近,其它毒代动力学参数均有差异(P<0.05)。结论合成硫化汞具有更高的生物利用度,可降低给药剂量以减小毒性。
Objective To comparative study on the toxicokinetics of Mercury(processed) and mercuric sulfide by synthesis. Methods Measuring the blood concentrations of the two drugs by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry to count relevant parameters. Results Mercury was closed to synthetic mercuric sulfide in Ke, Cmax, the other pharmacokinetic parameters have a difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion The synthesis of mercuric sulfide was higher than mercury(processed) in bioavailability.
