摘要 目的:探讨分化型甲状腺癌患者^(131)碘治疗后的体外辐射水平,以期确保周围人群辐射卫生,为规范开展分化型甲癌患者^(131)碘治疗提供帮助。方法:收集80例分化型甲状腺癌患者临床资料,所有患者均接受手术治疗和术后口服放射性^(131)碘溶液治疗,分别于口服放射性^(131)碘溶液即刻、服药后1d、后3d、后5d、后7d测量距离患者5cm、50cm、100cm和200cm的辐射剂量当量率并进行统计学分析。结果:相同时相点随着测量距离的延长辐射剂量当量率呈显著下降趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);同一距离处随着服药时间的延长辐射剂量当量率呈显著下降趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分化型甲癌患者^(131)碘治疗后体外辐射水平随着服药时间的延长和距离的增加而减少,服药7d后距离200cm处体外辐射水平基本达到无需特别防护的要求。 Objective: To explore the radiation levels in vitro of differentiated thyroid cancer treated by 131 Iodine radioactive isotopes,in order to ensure that people around the radiation health and regulate the differentiated a 131 iodine treatment to help cancer patients. Methods: Collected the clinical data of 80 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer, all patients were underwent surgery and postoperative oral radioactive iodine solution treatment, measured the radiation dose equivalent rate distance 5 cm, 50 cm, 100 cm and 200 em at oral radioactive iodine solution immediately,after ld,3d,Sd,Td. Results:At the same time,the radiation dose equivalent rate was significantly decline as the extension of distance,the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05); at the same distance,the radiation dose equivalent rate was significantly decline as the medication time,the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The radiation levels of differentiated thyroid cancer treated by 131 Iodine radioactive isotopes is significantly decline as the extension of distance and the medication time,the vitro radiation levels reach the requirements after 7d at 200 cm distance.
