摘要
SMA混合料多采用SBS改性沥青作为胶结材料,SBS改性沥青生产成本高且易与基质沥青发生离析。布敦岩沥青作为一种天然沥青,与基质沥青的相容性好,能显著提高基质沥青性能。本研究对布敦岩沥青作为改性剂的SMA混合料进行了系列试验,测试了该混合料的各项性能,并与SBS改性沥青的SMA混合料进行了对比,发现布敦岩沥青改性沥青的SMA混合料水稳定性好于SBS改性沥青的SMA混合料,其他各项指标与SBS改性沥青的SMA混合料相当。本试验研究为布敦岩沥青在SMA混合料中的应用提供了参考和依据。
SBS modified asphalt is popularly used as cementing material in SMA mixture, which is high in cost and easy with the matrix asphalt segregation. Budunsel rock asphalt as a natural type has good compatibility with the matrix asphalt, and can significantly improve the performance of matrix asphalt. In this study,series of tests have been carried out about SMA mixture in which Budunsel rock asphalt is as a modifier, various properties of the mixture are tested, and are compared by the SMA mixture of SBS modified asphalt, which is found that water stability of SMA mixture modified by Budunsel rock asphalt is better, and other indicators are approximate. This experimental study provides reference and basis for the application of Budunsel rock asphalt in SMA mixture.
