摘要
储存稳定性和渗透性是乳化沥青透层油的重要使用性能,为了对此两项性能进行快速准确的测试评价,采用1 600倍显微镜观察透层油乳化沥青颗粒分散的均匀性,并测定其颗粒平均粒径。通过室内测试不同透层油乳化沥青的5d储存稳定性及其在水泥稳定碎石试件上的渗透深度,研究了透层油乳化沥青颗粒平均粒径与其稳定性和渗透性之间的相关性。结果表明:透层油乳化沥青颗粒平均粒径与其稳定性和渗透性之间具有较好的相关性。随着乳化沥青颗粒平均粒径的减小,其5d储存稳定性显著提高,渗透深度增加。以透层油乳化沥青颗粒的平均粒径为指标,可以用于评价透层油的质量。为使乳化沥青透层油达到良好的稳定性能和渗透性能,建议其颗粒平均粒径应小于2~4μm。
In order to evaluate the stability and the permeability of prime coat, 1600 times microscope is used to observe the uniformity of the particle dispersion of the emulsified asphalt using for prime coat, and the average particle size of the emulsified asphalt is measured. 5-day storage stability and permeation depth in the cement-stabilized macadam specimen of different prime coat are tested in laboratory, the relationship between the average particle size and the storage stability & permeability of the prime coat is analyzed. The results show that the average particle size of the emulsified asphalt particles has a good correlation with the stability and permeability. With the decrease of the average particle size of the emulsified asphalt particles, the 5-days of the storage stability and the penetration depth both increase obviously. The average particle size of the emulsified asphalt using for prime coat can be used to evaluate the quality of prime coat. In order to get the good stability and permeability, the average particle size of the emulsified asphalt using for prime coat should be less than 2~4μm.
