摘要
习近平总书记提出的"精准扶贫"已然上升为国家战略,培育新型职业农民是推进精准扶贫的重要策略。然而,精准扶贫战略下福建省新型职业农民培育仍存在贫困农民无法入选新型职业农民培育行列、新型职业农民培育模式对农民脱贫针对性不足、新型职业农民接续培育效果不佳等问题。为解决这些问题,应该实现新型职业农民培育思路的精准化、贫困农民识别与选拔的精准化、贫困农民培育模式的精准化以及农民接续培育的精准化。
The precise poverty alleviation put forward by Secretary-General Xi Jinping has become a national strategy, and the cultivation of new professional farmers is one of the most important ways to promote the strategy. However, under the strategy of precise poverty alleviation, many issues still exist in new professional farmer cultivation of Fujian province： poor farmers are not included in the cultivation of new professional farmers, the mode of new professional farmer cultivation is lack of effectiveness in poverty eradicating and the ineffectiveness of the continuing cultivation of new professional farmers. New thoughts in the cultivation of new professional farmers need to be come up with to deal with these problems： to precisely change the idea of present new professional farmer cultivation, to accurately identify and select poor farmers, to targetedly innovate the patterns of new professional farmer cultivation and to accurately implement the continuing cultivation of new professional farmers.
