摘要
为研究鼠伤寒沙门菌sipB基因与HeLa细胞糖酵解的关系,将鼠伤寒沙门菌sipB基因缺失株、互补菌株及其野生型菌株分别感染HeLa细胞,并对细胞中丙酮酸、乳酸以及ATP含量进行检测。结果显示,与野生型菌株和互补菌株相比,sipB基因缺失株感染HeLa细胞,细胞中丙酮酸含量降低,乳酸、ATP含量升高,表明HeLa细胞糖酵解增强。本研究为分析sipB基因与HeLa细胞糖酵解的关系,进而为研究sipB基因的功能奠定基础。
The aim is to study the relationship between the sipBgene of Salmonella typhimurium and glycolysis of Heha cell. Pyruvic acid,lactic acid and ATP contens were detected in HeLa cells,which was infected with the sipBgene deletion strain,complementary strain and wild type strain of Salmonella typhimurium. The results showed that pyruvic acid was decreased,while the lactic acid and ATP contents of the sipBgene deletion strain was increased. It indicated that HeLa cell glycolysis was en- hanced. It layed a foundation for analysis of the relationship between sipBgene and HeLa cell glycoly- sis,and for studying the function of sipB gene.
