摘要
钢箱梁的腐蚀过程复杂多变,且影响钢箱梁腐蚀的因素众多,对于不同的地理环境,钢箱梁表现出的腐蚀规律有较大差别。根据钢箱梁腐蚀的幂函数模型,针对钢箱梁节段式构件,建立了节段式钢箱梁的有限元计算模型,按钢箱梁均匀腐蚀进行处理,并利用外推法等对焊接区域的热点应力进行了计算分析。结果表明,钢箱梁服役一定年限后,由于腐蚀会导致钢箱梁的热点应力超过屈服强度。研究结论可供工程设计参考。
The corrosion of the steel box girder's process is complicated changeable.The factors of influencing the corrosion of steel box girder are various.In different areas,there is a big difference on the corrosion behavior of the steel box girder.According to the power function model of steel box girder corrosion,the finite element calculation model of steel box girder is established on account of the sectional type of the steel box girder.Then,the steel box girder is corroded uniformly.From the results,it is found that the hot spot stress of the welding zone has been exceeded the yield strength of the welding zone after some years of corrosion.The research conclusions can be used for the reference in the engineering design.
