摘要
以探索某港区危货作业企业安全管理人员配置情况为目的,通过问卷调查及实地走访等途径,分析了该港区危货作业企业安全管理人员数量、素质及履职年限三方面的情况。结论表明,该港区安全管理人员情况配置较为合理,但安全管理人员学历偏低且有专业背景的人员数量占比低,企业安全管理良莠不齐等情况。针对该分析结果,论文给出有利于安全管理及安全管理人员提升的对策,以实现危险货物企业安全管理需求。
The purpose was to explore the safety manager situation of dangerous cargo operation company within one port.Three aspects were analyzed in detail which included the number,quality and work experience of safety manager.Analysis results indicated that the safety manager situation was reasonable.However,some problems existed such as lack of educational background,low professional background,and the good and the bad were intermingled.In the analysis,countermeasures were given to improve the safety management.
