摘要
介绍了江西六国DAP装置用液氨代替气氨生产粒状MAP的技术研发过程,指出了该生产控制的关键因素是中和度、喷头尺寸及产品中的w(H_2O),提出了装置开停车的注意事项,认为该工艺操作范围较窄,但只要精心操作,也能达到优质、低耗、高产的目的。
The research and development history for revamping the DAP plant of Jiangxi Liuguo for production of granular MAP using liquid ammonia in lieu of gaseous ammonia are introduced. The key factors for process controls are pointed out,namely the neutralization degree,nozzle size and w( H_2O)in the product. The precautions during plant startup and shutdown are highlighted. And it is concluded that the process operation flexibility is narrow,however,if the operation is carried out carefully,it can realize high quality,low consumption and high yield operation.
