摘要
目的:基于现代文献探讨中药复方防治脂肪肝用药规律。方法:以"中国期刊全文数据库""万方数据医药信息系统"和"维普资讯中文科技期刊数据库"为检索库,检索自建库以来至今关于中药复方防治脂肪肝的相关文献,建立中药复方防治脂肪肝的文献研究数据库,采用数据挖掘(频数分析、聚类分析、关联分析)对其用药规律进行描述。结果:关于中药复方防治脂肪肝的现代文献中,中药复方涉及184首和中药涉及160味,用药以泽泻等为主,用药种类以补虚药为主;对高频药物聚类分析,可形成4个聚类组合。通过关联规则分析,共得药对及药组关联规则33条。结论:临床上中药复方防治脂肪肝,针对脂肪肝"正虚""邪实"治疗,达到防治的目的。
Objective： To discuss the administration rules of Chinese medicine compounds preventing and treating fatty liver based on modern literature. Methods： We used Chinese Journal Full- text Database,Wan Fang data and medical information system and Chinese vip periodical database as retrieval datebase to search the literature related to preventing and treating fatty liver with Chinese medicine compounds from database construction until now. We established the literature research database of Chinese medicine compounds in preventing and treating fatty liver and illustrate administration rules through data mining（ frequency analysis,clustering analysis,correlation analysis）. Results： A total of 184 compounds and 160 drugs were concerned in the modern literature about preventing and treating fatty liver. Zexie was used as a major drug and drugs of reinforcing the deficiency were mainly used. Four clustering combination can be formed in the clustering analysis of high frequency drugs. Through correlation analysis,we obtained 33 correlated rules of medicine pairs and groups. Conclusion： Clinically,treatment and prevention of fatty liver with compounds can be achieved effectively through focusing on deficiency healthy qi or excessive pathogenic factors.
