胍基乙酸对AA+肉种鸡繁殖性能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 试验旨在研究胍基乙酸对AA+肉种鸡繁殖性能的影响。选用400只同批次及产蛋性能相近的32周龄健康AA+肉种鸡,按试验要求随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每重复20只。对照组日粮为基础配方,试验组在基础配方上添加0.04%、O.06%和0.08%胍基乙酸。试验期为4周。结果表明:与对照组相比,各试验组均显著提高肉种鸡种蛋受精率和受精蛋孵化率(P〈0.05);0.08%胍基乙酸组显著提高种蛋健雏率(P〈0.05);0.06%和0.08%胍基乙酸组产蛋率有提高的趋势(P〈0.10);各组间蛋质量、料蛋比、种蛋合格率和出雏均质量没有显著差异(P〉0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加0.06%-0.08%胍基乙酸对AA+肉种鸡产蛋性能有提高的趋势,添加0.04%-0.08%胍基乙酸改善肉种鸡种蛋孵化性能。
