基于抗老化和高温流变分析的废机油改性沥青性能评价 被引量:21

摘要 为了探究废机油对沥青的改性效果,通过试验研究废机油掺量对沥青抗老化性能和高温流变性能的影响。试验结果表明,废机油能明显提高沥青的抗老化性能,其中当废机油掺量小于4%时,增大废机油掺量对抗老化性能的改善程度较大,而当废机油掺量大于4%时,提高掺量对抗老化性能的改善程度较小。随着废机油掺量的增多,沥青相位角δ逐渐增大,复数剪切模量G*、车辙因子G*/sinδ和疲劳因子G*·sinδ逐渐减小,当废机油掺量大于4%时,G*/sinδ急剧减小,表明废机油虽能较好的改善沥青的抗疲劳性能,但过高的掺量会使抗车辙性能严重不足,因此废机油掺量不宜大于4%。废机油能从一定程度上降低沥青混合料的施工温度,且掺量越多,降低幅度越大。 In order to explore the modification effect of waste oil on modified asphalt,The tests are carried out to study the effect of waste oil content on the anti aging performance and high temperature rheological property of asphalt. The experimental results show that waste oil can significantly improve the anti ageing performance of asphalt,and when the amount of waste oil is less than 4%,increase waste oil conment can improve the anti aging performance of asphalt significantly; when the amount of waste oil is more than 4%,the improvement of the resistance to aging is small. With the increase of the amount of waste oil,the phase angle δ of asphalt increases gradually,the complex shear modulus G*,rut factor G*/ sin δ and fatigue factor G*. sinδ delta gradually decrease. When the amount of waste oil is more than 4%,the G*/ sin δ will decrease sharply,which indicates that the waste oil can improve the anti fatigue performance of asphalt. however,the high content of the waste oil can be used to reduce the rutting resistance,therefore,the amount of waste oil is not more than 4%. Waste oil can reduced the construction temperature of asphalt mixture,and the more dosage,the lower the rate is.
