摘要
通过对竹席样品中的罗丹明B用乙醇水溶液提取,经C18反相色谱柱分离,荧光检测器进行测定。结果表明:罗丹明B在0.1~200μg/L浓度范围内线性相关系数为0.9999,在20、500、5000μg/kg添加水平时的回收率为80.6%~92.8%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~2.1%(n=6),定量检出限为5.0μg/kg。高效液相色谱荧光检测法适用于竹席中罗丹明B的测定,并具有简单、快速、准确等优点。
Rhodamine B in samples were extracted with ethanol﹣water solution,separated on C18 reverse﹣phase chroma﹣tography column and detected by fluorescence detector. The results showed that,linear correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9,over the range of 0. 1 ~200 μg/L. The recoveries were 806% ~92. 8% for spiked standards at 20,500, 5 000 μg/kg levels with RSD of 1. 3%~2. 1% (n=6),and the detection limit was 5. 0 μg/kg. The high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection method has the advantages of simple,fast and accurate,is suitable for determination of rhodamine B in bamboo mat.
